Scavenger Hunt

Options members have been out on a Scavenger Hunt with one of the PCP health trainers. They had different objects that they had to find on the walk. The members did a great job finding all objects on the sheet. 

Chinese Buffet

Last Thursday we had a trip to the new Chinese Buffet in Darlington. 

Gardening

Today we went out into the garden and we picked some of the potatoes we grew ourselves.

Shopping trip to Tesco for a new CD player

Today we had a heath walk down to Tesco to buy a new CD player for Options. We enjoyed our walk in the nice weather.

Options members working hard in the gym

Here are some of our Options Monday members working hard at the gym. They were trying some new weight exercises with Joe to build muscle.

Cooking

Today we have cooked our lunch. We have cooked Tomato soup with ham and cheese bread buns. It was delicious.
