Christmas Celebrations

Yesterday we had a Christmas Celebration. We played Christmas party games on the morning and had a three course Christmas dinner on the afternoon. It was delicious.

 

 

 

 

Wreath Making

This afternoon Anthony and Keith took part in the gardening course but it was too wet to go outside so they stayed indoors and made Christmas wreathes with Howard.

Meet the Nominees Coffee Morning

Today we had our Meet the Nominees Coffee Morning where we invited staff to come and mingle with the members who are nominated for awards at next week's Options Grand Awards night. Everyone enjoyed chatting with us and our homemade Christmas cupcakes and biscuits.

Christmas Dinner

Today we had our Christmas Dinner at the Mall Coffee Shop in the Pioneering Care Centre. We all enjoyed our meals and we had a choice of Christmas pudding or chocolate pudding for dessert. We were all happy to see Paul Coates, who used to be a member, join us for dinner too.

Christmas Baking & Meet the Nominees Coffee Morning

Today we made Christmas cupcakes and biscuits for our Meet the Nominees coffee morning taking place in the Learning Suite tomorrow morning from 10:30-12:00. We made Christmas tree cakes, Melting snowman biscuits and Santa hat cupcakes. Come along and try one with a tea or coffee in the morning, they're free! Hope to see you there.

Christmas Karaoke Night

Last night at Social Club it was Christmas Karaoke Night. Everyone had a good laugh getting up and singing Christmas songs.
