Growing Your Community
Today we went to the Grow Your Community gardening lunch club at Woodham Community Centre. Paul Relton the health trainer was there and we did some chair exercises and learnt about the sugar in our foods.
Planning a Holiday
Next year we are hoping to go on holiday so we spent this morning planning one and sticking to a budget. We picked a place, the type of holiday we were going on, how we would get there and what we would do while we were there. We had a budget of £4,000 which we had to stick to.
Fitness Mondays
Options members always work hard in the gym on a Monday. Here is a picture of Claire and Anthony working on their core strength.
Happy Birthday Sam

Health Walk
Today we went on a health walk to the town centre to pick up some holiday brochures for tomorrow morning's session.
First Aid
This afternoon we did a quick First Aid course with Joe in the Foster room. We learned how to tell if someone is choking and what to do to help them. It was very interesting.
