Today Anthony came in in his uniform as we were researching the Battle of Britain.

Today we finished the first chapter in our comic book. Roxy Power is a super hero living in New York City helping policeman Edwards and Sergeant Powers to fight a bad robot and save the city from destruction.

Mayor Visit & Kathryn's Last Day

Today the mayor of Newton Aycliffe, Mary Dalton and her son Michael Dalton came in to visit Options. We made sandwiches and had a buffet lunch for them. It was also Kathryn's last day with us as she is going to University at York. We were sad to see her go but hope she does really well at University.

Battle of Britain

Today is the anniversary of the Battle of Britain. We looked it up on the internet and found out about the Battle of Britain, the aeroplanes that were used and the bombings that took place.

Today we went to Darlington on the bus. We had a meal in Weatherspoon's and had a look around the shops.
