Today some of us went to the Grow Your Community club at Woodham Community Centre as part of the gardening course. The last Wednesday of each month they have a lunch club and a new activity for us to try. This week it was an introduction to technology. There was a question on the interactive white board 'what is your favourite colour?' and we could text in from our phones to the number on screen and our answer would appear on the board. We also got to use the laptops and had a look at some apps on our phones including the Arriva bus app.

Bird Table and Bird feeeder

Today we got our bird table delivered. We researched different garden birds on the computer. Then we made Bird feeders out of lard, Bird seeds and meal worms.
We then took our bird table outside the options room. We put food on it to watch the birds from the Options room window.
