Gym and Health Promotion

Yesterday we had a session on healthy living and took part in a healthy lifestyle quiz. Then on the afternoon we worked hard in the gym.

Cooking

Last Tuesday we cooked our own lunch from scratch. We made Tomato soup and ham and cheese bread buns for our main course and apple crumble and custard for desert. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed making it.

Wii Games

This afternoon we went on the Wii Games in the Stephens room.

Mocktail Making at Social Club

Last night the Social Club activity was Mocktail Making. We had a choice of making a Dragon cocktail which was Cranberry juice, Orange juice, Lime cordial and fresh lime, or a Tropical Sunrise which included Pomegranate juice, Cranberry juice and Orange juice with fresh lemon. We made them in a cocktail shaker and strained the mocktails into a glass to try.

Smoothie Making

Today we made fruit smoothies. We made a Mango, Pear and Raspberry smoothie and a Strawberry, Banana and Raspberry smoothie.
