Arts and Crafts
Today we had Alyssa come in to run an arts and crafts session where we designed and painted plant pots. This afternoon some of us did photography with Keith and some of us played bowling and quoits.

Lads and Ladies night
At Social Club we had a lads and ladies night. The ladies where pampered and drank hot chocolate with marshmallows while the lads played pool, drank shandy and had nibbles.
what we did today
This morning we had the Stroke Association in for a chat about strokes and what happens when you have one and how to spot the signs of a stroke.
